April Catch Up

Wow! The past month and a half has really gotten away from me! It's now the middle of May and the kiddos are starting to celebrate  EVERYTHING under the sun...last day of Faith Formation, Field Day, Last Day of School, Cinco de Mayo, Field Trips, Teacher Appreciation,  Preschool Graduation...PHEW!  Busy month to say the least (ha)!

So here are a few pics from some April activities I wanted to include in my catch up posting!!!

Cade got this cool Dinosaur Dig gift from one of his friends for his birthday. We opened it up and he got to pretend to be a paleintologist . It was so fun! He used the tools in the kit to dig, scrape, dust and hammer away.  This took several hours and attempts but at the end he found several dinosaur bones! So  exciting!!!! He and Chris put the bones together and formed what would have been a T-Rex!
Super Cool! Happy Boy!! Dinosaurs, Dirt, hammer....couldn't get any better :)

We went to see our friend, Brodie in his first play! He was Scummy The Pirate and he was by far the most animated character on the set! It was so fun to watch! Lily, Cade and Dylan laughed and were so proud to watch their friend! Loved it!!

Chris tried to sneak out of the house one friday morning to be the Watch Dog for the day at Lily's school! Lily caught him and saw his shirt and was sooooo super excited !

I dropped Lily off at school and daddy was outside opening car doors in front of the school! That's a happy, proud girl right there!! They got to be on the live announcements together, eat lunch together, he helped in several classrooms and came home exhausted at the end of the day (ha)!  A great day to remember!!!
