Our niece Maddi was chosen for The Cinderella Ball. The girls were given 8 weeks to raise money for the Girls and Boys Club in their town. The one who raised the most money became the Cinderella of the ball. The girls ended up raising over $400,000! We are so proud of Maddi and her genuine interest in helping raise money for such a wonderful cause! We enjoyed our night and watching her shine inside and out! It is hard to believe that 8 years ago she was a flower girl in our wedding!
Lily counted down the days until the Cinderella Ball! She wondered if a prince was going to be there. We told her yes, that each girl was escorted by their fathers and he was their prince for the evening!

The Carter Men
Lily just couldn't stand it any longer! While everyone hit the dance floor, Lily hopped up on stage and pretended to be one of the girls on stage. She did a little runway walk down and back, turned around, did a curtsey with her hands out ever so dainty just like each of the girls she watched that evening and then walked off the stage. That's our Lily!!! Not a care in the world! You go girl!!!
